Inclusions

Valid for ₱1,000 worth of consumables or stay credits at Kalinto.

Usable for both weekday and weekend stays (subject to availability).

Fully transferable—gift it to family or friends.

Guests may use more than one GC in a single transaction.
Exclusions

Cannot be used for third-party services not operated by Kalinto.

Not valid for transportation fees, external tours, or partner merchant purchases.

Cannot be combined with corporate contracts and volume booking discounts.

Prior reservation is required. Walk-ins are allowed but subject to room or activity availability.
How to Redeem / Avail

Guests must present the digital Gift Certificate upon check-in or before billing.

For online bookings, inform the Kalinto team and provide the GC code/reference number upon booking in order to guarantee the reservation.

The ₱1,000 value will be deducted from the final bill upon checkout.
Lost or Damaged Certificates
-
Digital certificates can be reissued by verifying the buyer’s name and registered email.

Lost printed certificates may not be replaced unless proof of purchase is presented.
Terms and Conditions

The Kalinto ₱1,000 Gift Certificate is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.

The certificate is single-use only and must be redeemed in full in one transaction. No change will be provided.

The Gift Certificate is non-replaceable if lost, stolen, or used without authorization, unless validated with purchase details.

Cannot be combined with other vouchers, promos, or discounts unless explicitly instructed by Kalinto Management.

Can still apply PWD and Senior discounts when using the GC

Redemption is subject to the availability of rooms, villas, or services on the selected dates.

Altered, tampered, or expired certificates will not be honored.

Kalinto reserves the right to amend the guidelines and T&Cs without prior notice.

Use of the Gift Certificate constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations made less than X days before arrival will forfeit the GC.

Rebooking due to weather or force majeure subject to Kalinto’s standard policies.
